Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply follow the instructions given when you click the ‘Place Order’ button or click the ‘How To Order’ tab in the right hand info tab.
Q: Will I receive a proof prior to printing?
A: The simple answer is no, we usually don’t need to send a proof as we will print exactly what you send us. Proofing takes time and will only slow down the speed in which you receive your order.
Q: What files will you accept from me?
A: We can accept .PDF’s, .TIFF’s, .Jpeg’s, .CMX’s and EPS files for print ready work. We can also accept files from publishing programmes such as Microsoft Word, Publisher and PowerPoint.
Q: How do I send my files to you?
A: Once you have completed the payment for your order you will automatically be directed to our ‘Upload Artwork’ page. You will then be asked to upload the artwork for all the jobs you have ordered. Simply click the ‘Upload’ button next to each item and attach your file (This can take up to 30mins depending on the size of the file. Please do not close the page until the upload is completed).
Q: How long will my job take?
A: We have 3 delivery options: Collection, Standard and Express Service. The Collection Service is available after 3 working days from order, the Standard Service is dispatched 1-4 working days from order and the Express Service guarantees the job ready for collection 24hrs after order or dispatched the next working day (Orders placed after 10am will be classed as being ordered on the next working day).
Q: How is my order delivered to me?
A: All our orders are sent by a secure parcel delivery company which require a signature when delivered. We can only deliver to Mainland UK addresses (P.O. Boxes or Scottish Highland addresses not included). If you are not available to sign for your order the courier will leave instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
Q: Is your print high quality?
A: Yes! We are committed to the production of high quality print. We aren’t happy to put our name to cheap, inferior print work.
Q: What if I can’t find the product I want on your website?
A: Just send us an email or give us a call! All our information is available on the ‘Contact Us’ page.
Q: Do you print the job yourself or do you ‘ship-out’ like some other print firms?
A: ALL our print work is done by our professional team in our state-of-the-art factory, that way we can keep an eye on the quality and make sure all jobs live up to our high standards.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All payments are taken through PayPal in a safe, secure transaction. All payments must be cleared before your job can be printed.
